We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you change your mind, we offer a 28-day return period for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry back in its original Astrid & Miyu packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box or bubble mailer.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Select your preferred carrier through the portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
